Knebworth Park is the parkland around Knebworth House, a Gothic stately home just south of Stevenage in Hertfordshire. Since 1974 it has hosted some of the biggest open-air concerts in British history, and for Oasis fans it is holy ground: the band's two nights here in August 1996 drew 250,000 people.
Combining Knebworth with Paris
Knebworth is roughly 375 km from Paris, a short flight or a long train journey. If you are planning two nights on the tour, book the Knebworth leg early: six nights across three September weekends at Knebworth Park, near Stevenage. Dates, ticket advice, shuttles and live coverage for the Oasis tour finale.
Getting to the venue: Take a train to Stevenage, about 25 minutes from London King's Cross on fast services, then an official shuttle bus to Knebworth Park. Driving is easy via junction 7 of the A1(M), but parking must be booked in advance and exits are slow.
